Too Conceited.

The smuggest smile around with a sleek style to match; A beautiful cardigan (male kimono) that makes you think, “WOW! That boy can dress” paired with the most sophisticated pair of shoes. This is our first blog. What better way to start this journey than to share such a beautiful outfit idea. This is Jessie D. and his handles will be following the blog. I decided to make this post because of how certain “Men’s Fashion” styles make me feel. Yes, it can come off strange for a young girl to like the idea of a well dressed man. It has helped me find an outlook and shape my fashion choices that may compliment a male. If you look closely at the photos below, you will see that this outfit pairing is well thought out. Looking at this outfit, Jessie himself puts a smile my face.

Going into detail of this outfit, I called it “Too Conceited”, because it is the clothing speaking for itself. Each element works off of the other, without over matching, or being disjointed.

The color scheme is what stands out the most. The fact that it is worn clean, it looks precise and adds a sense of value to this man that you don’t even know. This look is casual but can even be seen as a somewhat formal attire. All that would need to change are the accessories. Next, I want to take a closer look at the shoes to share why I love this outfit. It is not only a sophisticated outfit, but there are some personal flairs added. They cannot be found anywhere, because style is something personal, so certain attributes are due to environment, culture as well as social influence.

“No shade” or anything, but for some odd reason they remind me of ducks. This is the piece that sets the outfit on fire. This is not a new shoe or even a new design. It is just something that a person brought back into style. Dare I say this is a European influence, and the flair comes in with the socks. Not too much, but just enough to be seen; complimenting the cardigan, while not taking the focus away. Similar items will be below.
